This precision flywheel services includes the follow:
- Disassembly and cleaning
- Machining flywheels for H-Beam Rod clearance
- Installation of new crankpin
- Sizing of new T-Man H-Beam Rod's (Both crank and wristpin ends)
- Balancing and Truing
- Installation of Crankpin Taper Fit plug and welding
This is the same assembly that was field proven at Bonneville Salt Flats in TR's personal record setting bagger.
This bagger is producing 194HP and set two World Records at Bonneville Salt Flats.
Note: If supplying stock crank with tapered rods, a heavy metal plug is required as part of this service. Please add $45 to the price.
 Custom Coating Service

T-Man Performance custom coating service. These flywheels are specially coated to reduce oil drag and improve RPM spin-up.
The coating on the pinion shaft and crankpin drastically reduces friction, which provides a smoother running engine.

- Disassembly, cleaning

- Installation of Timken insert with Timken Bearing and setting of end-play
- Case boring up to accommodate a 4.250" cylinder kit
- Installation of flywheel in cases and case sealing
