High Performance Heads...

T-Man Performance offers Stage 1 Street performance heads through Stage 4 Thumper Series for the ultimate performance in V-Twin engines.

Customer must ship their heads to T-Man Performance for all head work. Heads must be stock unless previously ported by T-Man Performance. (Prices do not include new head cores)

Stage 1 Street Performer $869

This head is fully CNC ported to provide better breathing and is a perfect performance upgrade for the street. Priced to get you into the performance arena without breaking the bank. Being CNC ported, this upgrade is effective on all TC year heads.

This CNC head is not hand finished to keep this an affordable upgrade, yet can be used as a great building block for future head upgrades by T-Man Performance.

Hi-flo valves with 5 angle precision cut on intake valve. 1.90" Intake and 1.610" exhaust and TR's new Bee-Hive*, high lift springs. Valve geometry is corrected to insure longevity and quietness of valve train. Delivers good performance for drop-in cams at minimal expense. Applications: 88" to 107" with less aggressive compression (10.6:1 and less depending on your build) and up to .625 lift.

All gasket surfaces are finished to insure flatness.

Before any valve work is performed, the heads are prepared with new over-size intake valve seat to ensure proper stability for larger valve installation. This head features 1.940" Intake with 1.615" Exhaust; precision 5 angle cut on Intake valve and Multi-angle Exhaust cut that provides optimal flow made to TR's specs. Precision ported CNC Intake and Exhaust port with hand finished for maximum performance. Fully CNC chamber with hand finishing sized for your particular application. Valve geometry is corrected to insure longevity and quietness of valve train. This is truly a high performance upgrade.

This head provides proven performance upgrade for any build, as well as the perfect compliment to heavy touring bikes!

Stage 3 Street Elite Hi-Output $1295

If you are looking for a proven combination that is the "Top of it's Class" then the Street Elite is for you. This package steps your performance up to a level that makes the numbers you want for on the street or at the strip. TR provides his legendary head porting and completes the heads with race performance valve springs and valves. You will not find a higher flowing head in it's class..

Before any valve work is performed, the heads are prepared with new over-size intake to ensure proper stability for larger valve installation. These heads features 1.940 " Intake with 1.615" exhaust. Intake cut with TR's legendary 5 custom angle valve seat and includes his custom multi-angle Exhaust cut with TR's Bee-Hive springs*. All of this attention to detail provides optimal flow for outstanding street performance.

Valve geometry is correct to insure longevity and quietness of valve train. Custom valve springs and valves made to TR's specs to insure a trouble free running high performance engine.

This is a fully CNC ported head and chamber with final finishing done by hand to optimize performance from these stock head castings.

Stage 4 Thumper Series $1570

This is TR's favorite and is installed on his dresser! This is the ultimate performance upgrade for a stock head casting. Before any valve work is performed, the heads are prepared with new over-size intake and exhaust valve seats to ensure proper stability for larger valve installations. This head features a 2.020" intake valve with 1.80" inlet and 1.650" exhaust valve. These valve seats are cut with TR's custom 5 angle seat cutter, with the exhaust cut with his multi-angle exhaust seat with TR's dual spring pack*..

Fully CNC machined with special attention to chambers. This head is hand finished and provides unbelievable flow rates and performance. it is optimized to flow through the mid-range valve lift to provides excellent acceleration not matched anywhere else .....learned from years of building and racing engines.

Coupled with TR's custom valves and springs to correct geometry, this head is the perfect choice for high compression engines needed the maximum fill, such as 10.7:1 or greater. These heads are designed for high output 103" engines and up and a perfect match for T-Man's TR662-2 cams.

Stage 2 Thumper Series Jims, SE110, SE103Pro $1120

Before any valve work is performed, the heads are prepared with new over-size intake and exhaust valve seats to ensure proper stability for larger valve installations. This head features 2.130" Intake with a 1.630" exhaust with TR's 5 angle intake seat and multi-angle exhaust with TR's new dual spring pack*, high lift springs.(same as TR's Stage 4 Thumper head). This head features blended oversize seat bowls into the stock head casting, this provides high performance flow from this head. The valves seats are radius to the chamber to insure chamber size is maintained as close to stock as possible.
