Street Performer Kit 98-107″

Our entry-level performance kit is designed for customers seeking a significant boost in horsepower and torque, all while utilizing existing stock components.  By boring and honing your stock cylinders, we can make your motor a 98” or 107”, depending on the stroke. This fully CNC ported head can utilize your stock throttle body and still produce great numbers. Our custom, high compression pistons can achieve a variety of different compression ratios, depending on your build and cam. Cam selection is based on your desired performance and riding style needs. Depending on cam and type of build, we have achieved 110+ HP/TQ using the stock throttle body.

Pro Touring Elite 98-107″

Our next step up for horsepower and torque is also our most popular selling kit for the touring and long-distance rider, as well as the rider wanting to hot rod around town. Our 107” Pro Touring kit, where we bore and hone your stock cylinders, has consistently produced 120-125 hp/tq with an oversized throttle body and performance pipe. Cam selection is based on your desired performance and riding style needs. If any cam over 625 lift is used, we recommend roller rocker arms and Dual Springs. These heads can be upgraded to our High Output version to get even more out of your build.

Pro Touring Elite Kit 110″

The 110” Pro Touring kit is a great way to get the most cubic inches out of your motor without having to bore the cases. We offer both STD and +.002 custom pistons for the HD and S&S cylinders, which allow us to ensure the cylinders are fully concentric even if they have high miles on them. Our custom 20° dome pistons allow the chamber to be unshrouded and produce a better combustion. This kit, paired with one of our performance cams and oversized throttle body, has consistently produced 120-125+ hp/tq on a well-mannered, pump gas motor. Cam selection is based on your desired performance and riding style needs. If any cam over 625 lift is used, we recommend roller rocker arms and Dual Springs.

Pro Touring Elite 117/124″

Our High Output Pro Touring Head has a more aggressive port design, Dual Springs and a 20° angle piston to unshroud the valves and provide a better combustion. Our 117/124 kit will pair these heads with a set of S&S cylinders, our custom 20° angle pistons and a performance cam of your choice. These 117/124” motors are great for the High Output Touring customer. These motor combinations have produced 140+ hp/tq on everyday touring bikes while running pump gas. This build requires a bottom end service and a 4.625” crank to achieve the 124”.

124 Twin Cam Thumper Kit

The 124” Twin Cam Thumper kit is the premier high-output Twin Cam build from T-Man Performance. This head is machined to change the valve angles, allowing us to run a larger intake and exhaust valve without having to sink them deeper into the chamber to clear higher TDC lifts. The intake port is welded so we can raise both the floor and the top side of the port, increasing both flow and velocity. We use a set of 4.125” ductile iron liners paired with a set of our custom pistons. Our pistons are fully skirted and coated with premier Total Seal rings. Gas ported rings can be used to help with high-compression motors. When using one of our performance cams, we have exceeded 150+ HP and comparable TQ on pump gas street bikes. Due to the water jackets, the Thumper Program is only available on the air-cooled heads.
