At T-Man Performance, we live and breathe Harley-Davidson performance. Founded in 1997 by TR “T-Man” Reiser and his wife Martha, our roots run deep—from wrenching in a family shop to building one of the most respected names in high-performance motorcycle parts. Today, our team carries that legacy forward with unmatched dedication and craftsmanship. Every member of the crew shares a passion for precision, quality, and pushing limits. From custom billet cylinders to our signature No Loss Air Cleaners, we design and build unbeatable performance parts that deliver real power. More than just a shop, we’re a team committed to helping riders get the absolute best from their bikes.
about tr – The original t-man
TR – a.k.a. T-Man – has worked in the motorcycle industry since he was a kid, helping at Reiser Cycle Service, his father’s shop. In the ’80s and ’90s, he worked for Harley dealers and high-performance shops. While racing in Sturgis in 1996, he met his wife Martha, an AHDRA race official at the time. In 1997, they opened the doors to T-Man Performance in Kernersville, North Carolina. Together, they have worked to make this company a staple in the Harley-Davidson community and the high-performance world. With innovative new products, we stay ahead of the curve when it comes to performance parts. However, a business is only as good as its team! T-Man has a great group, working hard to provide the best quality and service you can find in Harley-Davidson performance work.
meet the team
BRANDON
Brandon is TR’s son and our knowledgeable parts manager. He’s always striving to help our customers get the right parts and services they need to achieve their riding goals.
BRIAN
Brian supervises the shop and does all of the CNC programing. In addition to these full-time duties, Brian is one of the best dyno tuners in the country.
CIERRA
Cierra is our office manager. She strives to bring our customers the best customer service possible. She handles orders, customer questions and much more.
jared
Jared works in our office, processing shipments and ordering parts, while also working to run our social media and keep the website looking fresh.
hunter
Hunter works in our cylinder department, as well as runs our CNC machines for cylinder head programming.
James
James is one of our dedicated workers who oversees our cylinder head department. He is a vital part of the team that brings you great quality service.
Ethan
Ethan is in our shipping department and also does all of the prep work for incoming orders. He works hard to make sure everything is disassembled and labeled properly when new work comes in.
Kris
Kris runs our cylinder department. He can be found running the hone, putting in liners, filing rings and much more. If you have a T-Man Cylinder Kit, Kris is the guy who worked on it.
Skip
Skip manages our shipping department with Ethan. They ensure that all parts that we ship out are safe and secure to prevent any damage.
