CVO 113 STREET PERFORMER KIT

Our CVO 113″ kit is designed for a customer that wants a nice bump in power and torque while still utilizing their stock cylinders. Boring of the stock cylinders will take your existing motor to 113”. This can be paired with our high compression custom pistons and performance cam. Our CVO Street Performer head is fully CNC ported and has larger valves to increase flow and velocity.

CVO 117 STREET PERFORMER KIT

The 117” HD Slip-on cylinders, paired with our CVO Street Performer heads, is the most efficient way to increase the performance of your 110” CVO motor without having to bore the cases. We offer both STD and +.002” custom pistons for the HD 117” cylinders, which allow us to ensure the cylinders are fully concentric, even if they have high mileage on them. Our fully CNC ported heads feature oversized valves which increase flow and velocity. This CVO 117″ Kit is designed for the customer that wants the most cubic inches and performance without any bottom end work and without giving up any reliability or rideability.

CVO 117/124 STREET PERFORMER KIT

If you are looking to have your bottom end worked and install a 4.625” stroker crank, the 124” CVO Street Performer kit may be the perfect build for you. A combination of our fully CNC ported heads, S&S cylinders, high compression pistons and performance cam gives you a big cubic inch and big horsepower build that can be used as a long-distance touring motor. When paired with an oversized throttle body and a good pipe, this kit has consistently produced 140+ HP and TQ on a well-mannered and ridable bike. 117/124 THUMPER KIT

The new 124” CVO Thumper Kit is the go-to for the customer wanting to get the most performance out of their CVO Motor. The CVO Thumper Head features oversized valves, and the intake port is welded so we can raise both the floor and the top side of the port, increasing both flow and velocity. We pair this head with a set of 4.125” ductile iron cylinders and our high compression pistons. Our pistons can be equipped with a set of gas ported rings to allow a better seal on high compression motors. When utilizing one of our performance cams, an oversized throttle body, anda  performance pipe, we have achieved 150+ HP and comparable TQ on everyday riders. Due to the water jackets, the Thumper Program is only available on the air-cooled heads.

120R-124 KIT

This 120R-124 kit upgrades the fully CNC ported head from Harley-Davidson. We install oversized, high flow valves and enlarge the inlet to 1.800, increasing the flow and velocity of the head. Your stock 120” cylinders are bored to 4.125” making your motor a 124”. Pair this with one of our cams and our custom 20° angle pistons to get the most out of your performance motor. Cam selection is based on your desired performance and riding style needs.
