Return and Cancellation Policy

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special order or clearance items. T-Man Performance is not responsible for missing parts 48 hours after receipt. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and product must be in good condition to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping cost for returned items.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed with 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm ET on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the US and around 1 week to Canada. T-Man Performance also offers several international shipping options. Please note that delivery times may take longer during peak season or due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a tracking number for their order via email from UPS. T-Man Performance does not ship to PO boxes or to the state of California. If there is an issue with a shipment, we encourage the customer to contact T-Man Performance before reaching out to UPS.

Credit Card Processing Fee

T-Man Performance charges a 3.5% processing fee on all debit/credit card or CashApp payments. We do not accept PayPal, Venmo or Zelle payments. Payments made by check or cash will not be subject to this fee.
