T-Man Swing Arm And Chain Conversion Kit
If you’re thinking about changing to chain with a chain conversion kit, this is the best deal you can find. When converting to chain with our T-Man Chain Conversion Kit, we strongly recommend using an aftermarket swing arm. There’s no better way to do that than with a T-Man Swing Arm, a product designed with stability in mind. This kit is offered using stock gear ratio with 25T/53T sprockets; please give us a call if you need a different gear ratio and we’ll do our best to help meet your riding goals!

Swing Arms
This is a stock replacement for the 09-present FL models. These swing arms feature our fully machined front bearing blocks to ensure a proper bearing fitment and alignment. They are also machined with bearing stops to keep the bearing secure in the swing arm. The rear axle supports are machined in-house with built-in shock mounts for added strength and proper shock alignment. The axle blocks are designed to secure the axle nut, preventing it from turning while being torqued on the other side. These swing arms were designed to use a 12” stock shock without altering your ride height or provisions, allowing you to lower your bike 1” by moving them back. This arm will allow you to run your stock belt with the confidence that all adjustments will stay secure where you set them. This arm has the capability of running a longer belt to accommodate a smaller pulley if a gear ratio change is needed. It will also accommodate our chain conversion kits and allow you to run a chain drive and a 2” over length on your bike (3” is capable without a bottom light under the fender).

Chain Conversion Kits
Our sprocket carrier starts with a solid billet piece from 6061-T6 aluminum and is machined for strength and style. This part is a direct replacement for your belt pulley, designed with an aluminum sprocket, made for us by Rebel Gears. It features a six-hole sprocket that comes with 12-point 3/8 shouldered bolts and a self-locking nut. Made from stainless steel by ARP, these bolts are guaranteed to never rust and to always look great. All sprockets are raw (polished upon request), and the sprocket carriers are available in anodized black; machine finish is also available upon request. These carriers are now made in-house with our stealth finish and radiused edge, for a great look on your bike. The kit comes with bearings installed (ceramic bearings are available for an additional $80 each) and your choice of rear sprocket to achieve any gear ratio you desire. See chart below for gear ratio choices.
NOTE: When considering our chain conversion kits, we recommend using it with an aftermarket swing arm. If you are using this on a stock swing arm, we suggest purchasing a one-tooth larger or smaller sprocket. With a stock swing arm, you will run out of adjustment on the cam-style adjusters on the rear axle due to chain stretch and limited motion of the swing arm. Please take this into account when deciding which rear sprocket you would like to purchase.
