98/107 Cylinder and Piston Kit
T-Man Performance offers a full line of Big Bore Kits for your 1999-2006 motor or 2007-2016 motor. These 98/107 cylinder and piston kits allow you to increase your motor’s displacement to either a 98 cubic inch or a 107 cubic inch, depending on the year, model, and stroke. All these piston kits utilize your existing cylinders. We will bore and hone your cylinders using the best technology and equipment available in the Harley market. We chamfer the bottom of the cylinder to make installing them a breeze. All cylinder rings are gapped and ready to install. You will be supplied with a spec sheet that gives you, or your builder, all the necessary information.
These kits come with head gaskets and base O-rings. We offer several different dome volumes on our pistons, please feel free to call so we can help select the proper piston kit for your build. Your combustion chamber size and piston volume will determine your compression ratio.

110 SLIP-ON BIG BORE KIT
This Big Bore Kit is for the customer that already has the 110” tire shredder, S&S 110” slip-on cylinders, or is wanting to get the most cubic inches out of their 96” and 103”. We can supply you with the new cylinders, or refurbish the ones you already have, and pair them with a set of our custom high compression pistons. We have standard and oversized pistons, so we can make sure your cylinders are completely true from top to bottom. Call to see what piston combination will work best with your build.

113 BIG BORE KIT
The T-Man 113” big bore kit is a great way to get a bump in power and cubic inches while still using your Stock 110” CVO Cylinders. We will take your stock cylinders and bore/hone them to a 4.060” bore using our precision hone and custom torque plates. This will ensure that your cylinders are 100% concentric from top to bottom. The 113″ cylinder and piston kit comes with our high compression piston, which have full skirt coating, premier Total Seal Rings and a 20° angle for better combustion. Head modification is needed to accept the 20° angle of the pistons.

117 Slip On Big Bore Kit
The T-Man Performance 117 Big Bore Kit offers a high output kit for the customer looking to get the most out of their 110” CVO motor without having to bore the cases. We can supply you with the cylinders or, if you already have the 117” Slip-On cylinders, we can put them on our custom torque plates and make sure they are completely concentric and true.
There are two types of pistons for these cylinders. Both are fully skirt coated and set up for the Premier Total Seal Rings. T-Man has a 5cc piston for the customer who wants to bump their compression while using the stock head or we have a 15cc dome, 20° angle piston that would pair perfect with our CVO Street Performer heads. This kit is priced for customer supplied cylinders. If you are interested in T-Man supplied cylinders, please give our shop a call.

117/124 S&S Cylinder Kit
Our 117 / 124 Big Bore Kit is the go-to for getting big power out of your Twin Cam or CVO. We supply a set of Ductile Iron S&S cylinders that come undersized so that we can finish them on our Precision hone and custom torque plates. Our custom-made pistons are fully skirt coated. They come with the Premier Total Seal rings and have a 12cc 20° angle for the best combustion. Your cases will need to be bored to accept these larger cylinders and you will need a 4.625” stroker crank to accomplish the 124” build. You can refurbish your 4.375” stroke crank to increase to 117”. Call T-man Performance for more information and to see what is the best combination for your build.
